Aussie makes a nice one called like wave spray or something. It comes in a tall purple bottle. You spray it on your hair and then scrunch it up. Look at Wallmart. Good luck ;)

I just saw a product called Beach Hair(not sure of name). It had an oily/watery clear formula in the bottle. I saw it at my local Walgreens in the haircare section. Check it out.

Garnier Fructis Beach Hair. You can get it at any drug store. It comes in a screw off lid, round jar type thingy. I use it and I love it. It leaves your hair super wavy and to appear much thicker. It also works best if your hang your head over and blow dry upside down.
