Helen Mirren is a beautiful woman with a full head of gray hair and they consider her sexy. I think it is who could pull it off. Some woman can and some can't. Just like men. It all depends. But, I think if you look beautiful with whatever hair color you originally had, you can still look beautiful with gray hair (a nice silver mane on some women looks nice).

Good question. The one younger woman I've seen who flaunts a little gray is Stacy London (in her 30's), and she has that gray streak in the front, which looks really good against dark, dark hair.

There are an awful lot of guys that look ***hot*** with gray hair, like George Clooney and Harrison Ford. I don't get the double standard either, though. :(
